Ministry of Home Affairs is commemorating Veer Baal Diwas  to pay homage to the great valour and supreme sacrifice of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh Singh,the younger son of the 10th Sikh Guru Govind Singh Ji on 26th December,1705,at the age of 9 and 16 year's.

In this regard,to commemorate Veer Bal Diwas on 26th December 2023.Kendriya Vidyalaya's will have interactive and participative programmes.

Significance of Constitution Day 2023:

This day is observed to mark the significance of the constitutional values amongst the citizens of India. In the year 2015, it was declared as the constitution day as a part of the celebration on the 125^th birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar.This day is celebrated to create awareness of the importance of the Indian constitution and the main contributor, Dr BR Ambedkar.
